If you would like to order the treatment manual, you can download an order form Open the form using Adobe® Reader®. (If Adobe Reader is not installed on your computer, you can download it free at www.adobe.com.)

Fill out the form, and when complete, re-save it to your computer. You may then print the form or attach the completed form to an email. To ensure the highest preservation of your personal information, use our encrypted email, STEPPS@protonmail.com. (Use for orders only, please) (After sending the form, delete at least the credit card information from your computer.)
